View of the house from the freshly mowed backyard. After 2+ years of neglect, we finally reclaimed the backyard from the forest. She didn't give it up willingly but, in the end, we won the day and now the woodchucks have some room to roam.
The front entrance area. Slate rocks flank a slate path leading to the front door. Eventually, there will be pea gravel surrounding the slate and defining the walkway. For now, it's just dirt and weeds.
